Laced Up is a multi-location streetwear and sneaker retailer. Online was a footnote, about 1% of revenue. KAMP rebuilt it as a structural channel, end to end. Storefront, daily live shows out of NYC, an affiliate engine, ops, reporting. In ten months, e-commerce went from a sliver to a quarter of the business. The standalone online store grew alongside.
The biggest worry with a TikTok Shop launch is cannibalization. Laced Up's data shows the opposite. The standalone Shopify store grew +30.7% during the engagement. Traffic KAMP drove to TikTok grew the brand's surface area. Some of it re-routed back to the website.
